Kvalifikationer
You have several years of experience as a Scrum Master
You have competence within different agile frameworks and supporting Tools
You have experience in Agile Metrics such as OKR Methodologies, Milestones systems.
You are familiar with Jira and Confluence
Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is a requirement
It is an advantage if you have experience and understanding of cloud technologies
It is an advantage if you have experience within Analytics
It is an advantage if you have experience from implementing agile in large development organizations
It is an advantage if you have agile coaching experience and have worked with Kanban

Job Description
We are now looking for a Scrum Master who are passionate about people and tech, to join our client within the fashion industry on their fantastic journey to make them data driven. You will join the AI, Analytics and Data (AIAD) Domain and according to your interests, experience, and competencies, will work with 1-2 of our agile product teams. The teams within AIAD domain are responsible for all data processing, reporting and advanced analytics capabilities across the whole value chain. This means tons of data and?unlimited?learning opportunities. You and your team leverage modern software engineering principles and techniques to build robust data solutions for our entire value-chain, in assortment, production, logistics, sales, marketing and others business areas.

Personal qualities

As a Scrum Master you are a natural leader with interest in both people and technology, with excellent coaching skills and you bring high level of energy and motivation. You also have strong problem-solving skills and are able to find solutions in complex situations and involve various stakeholders.


Salary
Salary, by agreement.

Admission and Application
40h/week. The position is expected to start as soon as possible and to run for six months, with great chance for extension. You will be employed as a consultant at JobBusters and work for our client in Stockholm.
