Scrum Master

We’re searching for an experienced scrum master to join Dstny team and help take their customer-focused services to new heights. You have proven experience as a scrum master in the software development industry. You will be responsible for multiple experienced scrum teams.
Dstny is looking to hire a scrum master who will be able to coach and facilitate team members. The scrum master must be able to proactively coach team members to eliminate barriers and deliver on sprint goals. In addition, the scrum master will need to work effectively with team members and product owners to provide valuable increments of the products.

What are you going to do?
Work tightly together with the developers and product owners
Our product portfolio includes mobile applications, softphones, platform core (backend), and many additional services
Use your strength training, mentoring, and coaching skills
Use your facilitation skills when opening hard conversations, guiding thorough inspection and exploring options to change
Proactively identify and resolve issues that might arise during the execution of the sprint

What do you need?
Certified scrum master
Three years of industry experience as an influential scrum master within complex software development systems
Proven ability to handle multiple teams simultaneously
The desire to be the best scrum master and help the teams get a better understanding of scrum in general
Experience in Atlassian Cloud (Jira & Confluence) is a plus
Currently living in Sweden and holding a work permit.
