We are looking for an Scrum Masters which helps remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
They also work with the extended Scrum Master community, including Release Train Engineers and Solution Train Engineers, to increase the effectiveness of SAFe across the enterprise.
- Exhibit and promote Lean-Agile leadership
- Build solid relationships with the team and create a trusting environment
- Facilitate all scrum and SAFe events and ceremonies
- Make sure the team’s estimations are realistic and that they don’t take on too much.
- Make sure communication is flowing well between the team, PO, RTE, other stakeholders.
- Gather and document learnings
- Establish and uphold sprint lengths
- Facilitate creation of stories, tasks
- Help PO create definition of done and ready as to keep the backlog in shape
- Facilitate the team’s progress toward team goals - improve performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.
- Help the team focus on daily and Iteration Goals in the context of the current Program Increment (PI).
Objectives
- Coordinate with other teams - The Scrum Master supports the team’s efforts to continuously improve communications and relationships with other teams. They frequently represent the team in the Scrum of Scrums (SoS), helping the team remain aware of opportunities to engage and improve program. They also often help the team build effective relationships> with the System Team, User Experience, Architecture, and Shared Services. It is important to note, however, that the responsibility for inter-team coordination cannot be delegated entirely to the Scrum Master; every team member shares responsibility in that regard.
- Support SAFe adoption - The Scrum Master supports the overall adoption of SAFe across the enterprise by coaching stakeholders and other non-agile teams on effective interactions with agile teams, participating in the Scrum Master Community of Practice, and supporting the organization’s SPCs.

Experience
- 2+ years experience from agile ways of working
- Agile practitioner with experience in SAFe and other agile methods
- Experience in financial industry a plus.

- Help the teams to remove impediments and obstructions ((sometimes by escalating them to the right level)
- Coach team in improving and following agreed processes and practices
- Create a safe environment for meaningful collaboration and healthy conflict resolution within agile teams and groups
- Ability to provide coaching both on team and individual level.
- Experience of various agile frameworks.

- Maintain PI and Sprint plan together with Squad
- Coach team to become a proactive, self-driven, solution oriented, self-organizing unit.
- Help the team to remove impediments and obstructions ((sometimes by escalating them to the right level)
- Coach team in improving and following agreed processes and practices
- Coach Product Owner, Architects, team and other stakeholders in terms of communication flow, highlight communication issues and facilitate their solution
