Scrum Master

We are hiring for Scrum Master with below expertise:
Client interactions in understanding product requirements and preparing the test plan and strategy.
Review the test scenario and test cases created by the testing team and provide the feedback.
Review the Selenium scripts created by testing team and provide the feedback.
Experience in defining and implementing key process improvements for clients and adopting metrics and SLA based test delivery model.
Extensively working on Digital test consultation/implementation engagements for Digital Platform application
Monitor and debug the incident emails and assign the ticket to appropriate member in the team for escalation and further investigation.
Enable team in Micro services testing.
Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning meetings
Coordinate with feature teams to triage and understand the root cause of the issue and provide few of the technical ideas for tooling related activities
Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings, including the ART sync at the Program Level and the value stream sync for Solution Trains
Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
Escalate and track impediments
Encourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering
Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
Help drive the Lean User Experience (UX) innovation cycle
Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and Solution Train and help them improve (Retro, Demo, Metrics and BO)
Foster Communities of Practice and the use of engineering and Built-In Quality practices
Ensuring "Sprint review" coordination
Ensuring PI demo coordination
Driving in Scrum of Scrums and helping/coaching scrum masters (burn down gaps, defects counts, and capacity management). Preparing for coming sprints (refinements), enabling improvements (retrospective), focusing on blockers and impediments
