What will you work with?
In your role as Scum master, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the software in a complex and changing environment where your agile skills are crucial.
Here you will coach and mentoring the team members within agile and agile practices, such as establishing feedback loops and flow but also to encourage constant learning. You will be the driver in creating a fun and energizing work environment built on trust and inclusion for the team, to help the team stay focused on the shared goal.

At Knightec you will get the opportunity to work with real products! The work will either be done on the client's site, where you will work with exciting development projects or as part of a cross-functional in-house team. We deliver projects within multiple industries, focusing on MedTech/Life Science. Typically, we work on products such as laboratory instruments, BioProcess equipment, and medical devices.

Who we are looking for
For this role, we are both looking for you who are interested in a combined role as developer/scrum master but also as sub-project manager.

We like to see that you have a strong understanding of the agile framework and principles. You also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As scrum master, you must be able to identify and address issues that may arise during the software development process, and be able to come up with creative solutions to these problems. We also believe that you have a good understanding of software development in order to be able to effectively support the team.

In addition to this Scrum Master certification, such as the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or the Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is very meritorious.
