Scrum Master

Swedium Global Services is a growing System Engineering and Solution Company, offering services like Engineering R&D Services, Custom Application Development, Web Application Development, Consultancy and Testing Services to clients across the globe for onsite and offshore business model having a presence in Sweden as well as a dedicated ODC in India.


We are looking for Scrum Master


Requirements:


*first level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM) and at least 5 years experience as a Scrum Master.


Good skills in leadership, facilitation, continuous improvement, empowerment and conflict resolution are valuable in the role.


Knowledge of other approaches in the Agile space such as XP, Kanban, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe, Crystal, FDD etc.


A Bachelors degree together with at least 5 years work experience in Scrum/Agile software development is required.


A second or third level Scrum master certification (PSM II, PSM III, CSP, CTC)
