Welcome to Scania IT and INGD Powertrain Development.
We are now looking for a new Scrum Master to join us since one of our previous is moving on within our organization.
Within INGD we are delivering solutions for the many people working with powertrain development. We are responsible for the user experience and bringing value to the Powertrain development and make sure we have solid solutions for our users so that the user's everyday tasks run smoothly and efficiently. We are also responsible for a set of applications managed by a partner through a managed services agreement. I could say that we are in a journey where increased user focus is prioritized, but at the same time, we are on a constant journey where continuous improvements always are prioritized. We can always improve and we can always become a little better to make sure we support our business to deliver sustainable transport systems.
What you will do
As Scrum Master in Scania IT INGD, you are responsible for facilitating and coaching an agile team and leading them to success in their deliveries. You are responsible to coach the team and the team's contact points in agile ways of working and continuous improvement. You will protect the team as well as challenge the team, all in line with agile and Scanias values. You will work in close collaboration with other Scrum Masters to share knowledge and synchronize, enabling the team to excel. You are facilitating scrum events, making sure the team together with you drives Daily’s, Retrospectives, and Plannings.
Who you are
To be successful in this role you have a collaborative and open mind, have the respect of other individuals, and focus on team development and deliveries.
You also have:
• 3 -5 years of experience in similar position
• experience in coaching and leading a team
• extensive experience of process guided assignments, performing through self-leadership
• theoretical and practical knowledge of agile ways of working
• knowledge about IT development processes and IT quality assurance
• excellent communication and teamwork skills
• fluent English level, Swedish knowledge will simplify your work
