Responsibilities and tasks

You have experience working as a scrum master or similar in high-performing, cross-functional teams

- You have experience in coaching, inspiring, motivating, and supporting teams to get things done

- You know what it takes to build and maintain connected services, and you are comfortable facilitating and participating in architectural and technical decisions

- You are good at communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders and customers at all levels.

Contribute to a culture of improvement and implement improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency.

You are an ambassador for Noor Engineering and optimizing the added value for Noor Engineering and its clients.

Requirements:

-
B.Sc. Electrical or Computer Engineering or similar.

Three years of experience in leading a software development

-
Insights, analytics, and data management experience

- Experience in complex global environments

- Experience in managing stakeholders

- High communication skills and high collaborations ability

Personal Skills Required:

- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
