Scrum Master

Are you passionate about driving change and want to be part of an agile team? We are looking for a Scrum Master with Project Management experience to join our team.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Drive and maintain agile way of working, ensuring agile methodology and principles

- Drive improvement within the agile process and tools used by the team

- Identify and remove impediments

- Build relationships and cooperate with key stakeholders and scrum masters

- Lead key initiatives from analysis phase all the way to implementation

- Frame key activities and assist product owner in prioritizing roadmap

- Act as subject matter expert in answering questions relating to our service and platform

What is needed in this role:

- Relevant university degree, or equivalent work experience

- Scrum Master experience in Agile or SAFe environment

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

- Advanced knowledge of Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence)

- Strong agile project management skills; preferably from previous system implementations and infrastructure projects

- Experience working with Linux/Unix applications and software development of large-scale systems is a merit

- SAFe Certifications is an advantage

- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral
