At Stratiteq we help companies and organizations in becoming sustainable data-driven businesses. We do this by delivering technology and strategy implementations. We purposely choose projects that make an impact, both for our customers, our partners and for society. Our primary focus are companies within Healthcare, Real Estate and Public Transport.



We consider ourselves a community of strategy and technology craftspeople and we value our team efforts highly. We use platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Dynamics 365, Qlik, and Power BI, to name a few. Regarding our custom development deliveries, we primarily work with C#, .NET, React and Vue.

THIS IS THE JOB

Our ultimate company goal is to help our clients to become data-driven. As a Scrum Master at Stratiteq you will develop tomorrow´s intelligent solutions, enable data-driven decision-making and make an impact within our client's businesses. With a deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies and an agile mindset you will help the team and the project to achieve its goals.



You will get the chance to work with talented teams on various big projects. Your daily work will consist of facilitating the team and making sure that things run smoothly. You will for example oversee the planning, the dailies and the retrospectives. There will be a high level of continuous communication with different stakeholders within and outside of the organization.



THIS IS YOU

For this role we believe you are a creative and analytic person who thrives in continuously finding new ways of evolving teams and ways of working. As a person you find it rewarding to quickly analyze and adapt to complex projects and environments. You have no problem with presenting and discussing suggestions in different sized groups.



You probably have an educational background, Master or Bachelor´s degree within a suitable area such as engineering, information systems or similar. Alternatively, a comparable industry career with significant experience. We are looking for passionate people, as we believe that if you have a passion for your craft, you can learn the skills. But, if you could add one or more of the following skills, things are looking even better:



- A couple of years of experience in working as a Scrum Master

- Knowledge in different agile methodologies

- Experience from a cloud platform (e.g., Azure, Google, AWS)  

- Comfortable in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.



It’s also a plus if you have a background in software development or software testing and have knowledge and understanding of the different constellations of a software development team.
