- Work with Swedbanks most popular channel, our mobile app

- Join our cross functional Agile Team and be part of developing and maintaining iOS and Android apps for the private, corporate and youth segments

- Take part in our implementation to SAFe agile way of working

- Drive change transformation in the team and in our Value Stream

- Facilitate agile ceremonies like daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions and retrospectives.

- Coach the team in self-organization and continuous improvements in ways of working

- Handle the release process for the delivery

- Dealing with ad hoc issues and questions

What is needed in this role:

- Able to communicate effortlessly in English and Swedish, both in writing and in speech.

- Ability to drive change in a team

- Deep knowledge in JIRA and Confluence (or other similar tools)

- Scrum Master experience from an organisation working with SAFe framework is an advantage

- Ability to involve and engage others

- Familiar with mobile app development and test automation is an advantage

- That you are self-driven and take responsibility

- Experienced in working with deadlines and multiple simultaneously ongoing initiatives.
