What you need in this role:
A good understanding of the agile methodology and a few years’ experience of working as a Scrum Master
A pro-active and coaching mindset is important
An interest of Lending processes and an ability to understand business users
Good understanding of Swedish and English language, both spoken and written
Good communication and cooperation skills
Flexible like dealing with several tasks in parallel
