We are looking for a Scrum Master for our outstanding team in Molnlycke Sweden.
In this position you will be handling individual teams, as well as facilitating Scrums events to align multiple teams towards the same goal. You will also be mentoring and training other Scrum Masters to improve our agile methods.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
Guide and coach in Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
Get the team to a successful level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement.
Ensure that scrum methodology is understood, and the team adheres to its' theory, practice, and guidelines.
Coach the team in self-organization, cross-functional abilities, and domain knowledge.
Work with internal and external partners, to influence and drive decision.
Resolve team impediments with engineering managers, stakeholders and others to increase the effectiveness of the Scrum adherence in the organization.
Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
Together with the team build a culture that supports inclusion, wellbeing and social sustainability.
Facilitate and support scrum events: Product Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

For This Role, You Will Need
A University degree in the field of software engineering or equivalent.
A Scrum Master certification
At least 3 years of professional working experience in a Scrum Master position for software development, serving at least two different Scrum Teams.
Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills at multiple levels of an organization.
Experience using one or more agile frameworks and methods (i.e. Scrum, Less, SAFe, Kanban), and understanding software development life cycle models.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
Planning and problem solving with partners, system architects and software teams.
In-depth working experience of an agile management tool like Azure DevOps, Jira.
