Job Purpose
For this role, you will work in close collaboration with the tech, product, and design teams. You will
help facilitate the team ceremonies and support the team in becoming a self-organised,
cross-functional and high performing team. The role also involves strong communication. You will
work with some of the world-renowned engineers on perhaps the most exciting automotive
programs in existence today.
Key Responsibilities
● Guide and support cross-functional teams in adopting Agile methodologies.
● Administer, customize, and configure Jira workflows to align with project requirements.
● Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning sessions, refinements, retrospectives, daily
stand-ups and sprint reviews.
● Educate team leads and members on best practices, tools, and methodologies.
● Work closely with the product manager to make sure backlog is prioritized.
● Work closely with the team on ways of working, definition of done, and the definition of ready
documents.
● Work in close collaboration with tech, product, and design teams.

We need to have
● Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in an engineering or product
development environment
● Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, lean, etc.) and their
application in software and hardware development
● Strong understanding of the scaled Agile framework SAFe
● Proficiency in Jira system administration, including maintenance, customization, and
configuration of workflows
● Hands-on experience in assisting development teams with Jira projects and tasks.
● Certifications like CSM or SAFe would be a big plus.
Soft Skills
● Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
● Ability to prepare clear instructions for engineering teams, detailing processes and best
practices.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
● Track record of guiding and educating team leads in sprint planning and fostering
collaboration.
