Scrum Master

We are now looking for a Scrum Master to our client.

Role:
Replacement of the current Scrum Master during maternity leave, taking on the responsibility of supporting existing two teams and continuing the structure and work already initiated.
Our clients team are providing digital enablers to all of their private and corporate customers. Their services comprise of issuing of electronic identifications, login as a service and signing as a service, through different methods. Our client is looking for someone who is receptive and can continue to work within the structure that has already been initiated.
Assignment period:
4/3-2024 – 31/12-2024Requirements:
• Your mission as a Scrum Master is to lead the team forward by coaching the team, planning, and executing on our product owners’ backlog, and constantly find ways to remove obstacles and barriers for the team. 
• You are an experienced Scrum Master. Level 3: 4+ years
• You possess communicative skills, a keen ear to pick up needs from the team and a will to encourage dialogue. 
• You are self-driven and have a pro-active approach. 
• You have an interest for and understanding of business needs and good collaborative skills.

Our client also expects you to take active accountability of your work and for the team’s performance to deliver high quality. 

• You will work closely in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Solution Architects, Managers and Product Owners as well as the team of course. 
• You are a positive service minded team player contributing to the teams’ success.
Language Skills:
You are fluent in Swedish and English.
