As a Scrum Master you will work in a dynamic environment where innovation is part of our DNA. You will be a part of our team within Web & Solutions and work closely with dedicated scrum team to help them develop their Agile skills in order to become self-organized and benefit from an agile way of working. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with other experienced scrum masters who share your passion for agile ways of working and coaching!


Your responsibilities
You will as a Scrum Master impart confidence in the team in their capability to achieve success and support them to achieve increased agile maturity based on modern agile principles. You will help them to be data-driven and track agreed performance metrics. As a Scrum Master you enable the team to establish and abide by a set of ‘norms’ that help them govern their standards, behaviors and interactions. Other parts of your job:


• Servant leadership and Coaching.
• Clarity – ensure visibility to the team on key milestones and priorities coming from product agenda or technology changes. Deliver transparency on team’s plans to the department and to the stakeholders.
• Operational excellence – balance effort between reliable services and delivery commitment. Ensure high quality support culture in the team. Drive continuous operational improvement through tooling and prioritized corrective actions.
• Control risks – work with the team to identify and mitigate issues and risks. Clearly identify and manage external dependencies.
• Grow and improve an effective self-organizing, cross-functional and disciplined team where individuals recognize that team success is more important than individual success.


Your background
We believe that you are Scrum Mastering – certified or have at least 3 years background in Agile methods. You have solid technical background and experience achieving successful software product delivery. You have good understanding of continuous delivery, support best practices, technical debt, software architecture, scaling, DevOps, etc. We believe that you have experience growing and facilitating highly motivated and capable teams to deliver innovative software products and that you establish credibility with people very quickly. Furthermore, you have or are experienced in:


• University degree in Information Technology, Engineering and related subjects
• Facilitation, participatory decision-making and conflict resolution.
• Light-touch leadership that employs a highly collaborative approach to guide people without controlling them but employing authority when the situation requires.
• Effective organization that reduces the amount of noise, distractions and interruptions.
• Mentoring skills that demonstrate the agile values and principles in every thought and action.
• A deep interest in driving value-creating innovation
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• More than 3 years of experience in Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban
