We are seeking a Scrum Master to initially join a product cluster in a customer project in Gothenburg. The product cluster delivers digital solutions that improves stability and consistency in production plan, which will enable our client to provide shorter and more accurate lead times to their end customers. You will be part of the journey as our client deliver on their vision and ensure high flow through their factories. Our client use modern tools and agile methods to create business value continuously. Our client ensure high quality and adaptability in their delivery.
The application is an order scheduling system used for scheduling and managing orders. It’s used by order coordinators and production planners at all plants globally. The decision has been taken to enhance the application and add on new functionality through setting up a new product team with focus on test driven development and continuous delivery. The product team will consist of Product Owner, Scrum Master and Developers. You will be working according to Scrum and be part of the 12-week SAFe PI cadence for the cluster. All development will be done by the team and all team members are to be collocated in Torslanda.
You will act as a servant leader for the team by driving and organising the team events and supporting the teams in delivering value to customers. You will be coaching the teams and people in all aspects of agile ways of working and mind-sets. Managing and optimising the flow of value, Encouraging Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps to improve quality and speed of delivery.
You will be communicating the annual rolling calendar for iterations and program increments (PI). Organising, driving and facilitating the cluster wide ceremonies (including PI planning, demos and sync meetings). Drive team PI objectives and make sure these to be visible and transparent.

- Helping to manage and reduce risks and dependencies.
- Removing, escalating and tracking impediments.
- Helping the team to see and understand the full product picture.
- Working with product management, Product Owners and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
- Working to increase clarity about the purpose of the product.
- Encouraging continuous improvement.
- Encouraging collaboration across roles and domains.
- Facilitating/driving continuous improvement via retrospectives (Inspect & Adapt workshops).
Essential (must have) skills, knowledge and experience
- English language proficiency
- At least 4 years professional work experience as Scrum Master
- Scrum Master certification
- SAFe experience
Qualifying skills, knowledge and experience
- Swedish language skills
- Automotive industry experience
Personal attributes
To be successful in this role you need to have scrum master experience. You should have the ability to drive and create commitment. It is important that you have integrity and a change management mind-set. We think you share our clients passion for development in the auto industry.
