Scrum Master

We are seeking a Scrum Master within R&D Analytics & AI. Please read below before applying.

Key responsibilities

As Scrum Master in this team you will be working closely together with the Product Managers, RTE, POs, Development Teams and stakeholders in other ARTs around R&D. You will mainly be responsible for managing and optimizing the flow value through the ART and facilitating ART events and processes such as System Demo and PI Planning. It is also in the role to escalate impediments, manage risk, help ensure value delivery, and help drive relentless improvement. You will secure clear backlog-driven development.

Essential (must have) skills, knowledge and experience

- English language proficiency
- Experience of SAFe
- Several yeas of experience as Scrum Master, especially in a SAFe environment
- Experience of agile software delivery
- University degree
