What do we offer?  
At DevOps Enablement at Volvo Cars Digital (Corporate), we are responsible for the design, delivery, and support of shared technical solutions used by hundreds of agile teams in all three Volvo Cars Digital units: Commercial Digital, Product Creation & Industrial Digital, and Corporate Digital.  

DevOps Enablement advocates modern DevOps ways of working and is responsible for shared DevOps toolchains used at enterprise scale. You will be Scrum Master for agile teams responsible for integrating commercial and open-source vendor solutions and making them available as shared internal IT services. We use products such as ServiceNow, GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps & Cloud, Elasticsearch, InfluxDB, Grafana, and Apica. The primary stakeholders are software engineers, platform engineers, and other members of Volvo Cars Digital agile teams. Additional stakeholders include Major Incident Managers, Product Managers, and Team Managers. 

You and your skills 
We are looking for a person with servant leadership and DevOps experience. We believe you have the ability to create an environment that fosters high performing teams. You are used to working will multiple stakeholders and have the capability to facilitate workshops and perform activity & story mapping exercises. You embrace system thinking and a continuous improvement mind-set.

Earlier experience 
* Certification and several years of experience as Scrum Master 
* Experience in Azure DevOps, Jira or equivalent system 
* Experience from working with teaching, coaching and facilitation 
* Experience in SAFe, Scrum and DevOps familiarity and Lean Agile methods 
* Familiarity with ServiceNOW ITSM/ITOM and similar enterprise platforms is also meritorious. 
* Familiarity with digital whiteboard solutions such as Miro and Mural is also meritorious. 


What you’ll do
You will work with delivery execution within a product team, while coaching the team and people in all aspects of SAFe/agile ways of working and mindset, applying and safeguarding our principles. Managing and optimizing the flow of value by encouraging continuous delivery and DevOps to improve quality and speed of delivery. Establishing and improving planning and delivery iterations. Understand and coordinate cross team dependencies and foster program collaboration. 

* You will also be enabling clarity in prioritization and ensure transparency of team progress, releases and achievements across the organization as well as facilitating measurement of results.  
* Assess the Scrum and Kanban maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization. 
* Help to manage and reduce risks and dependencies as well as removing, escalating and tracking impediments.
