What’s in it for you?
This role is within our Industrial Operations Digital team, which has the goal to provide digital technologies to support our global manufacturing and supply chain.
You will be part of the global manufacturing sites cluster with the goal to support our plants around the world ensuring best in class manufacturing processes and systems. With an always-on mindset you will be working closely with colleagues in the factory in managing solutions for their devices, tools and applications, in line with factory and corporate standards.
This position will support both the product manager at cluster level but also the two digital products within the cluster, working in a global and fast paced environment.
The product teams you will collaborate with are - Factory and Operator support – which provides our global plants with the right processes & tools. The second product team – Global Plant Infrastructure – focuses on the digital infrastructure and its different components. Both enable factory stability to ensure our plants production is running.
What you’ll do
In the role as Scrum Master you coach your teams in all aspects of the Kanban and agile ways of working, ensuring mind-sets and work to optimize deliveries through the flow of value. Furthermore, you will organize and facilitate the team and cluster ceremonies like iteration planning, demos and retrospective. Establish and improve planning and delivery iterations.
You will also enable clarity in prioritization and ensure transparency of team progress, releases and achievements across the organization as well as facilitating measurement of results. Assess the maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
Help to manage and reduce risks and dependencies as well as removing, escalating and tracking impediments. You will work with colleagues at all sites around the world but extra close collaboration with the product owners and product manager.
You and your skills
We are looking for a person with servant leadership and experience of working in global environments. We believe you can create strong relationships and can be effective in managing stakeholders
As a person you have a team mind-set and a strong drive with a can-do attitude to problem-solving. You are a true collaborator who communicates efficiently on all levels, with high engagement and curious to develop.
Fluency in English is a must and occasional global travel will be required.
Your experience
* Certification and several years of experience as Scrum Master, preferably from several global organizations.
* Previous Leadership experiences (e.g. Scrum Master, Line manager, Project Manager)
* Strong leadership experience in coordinating efforts across multiple locations and time zones
* Understanding of Software and infrastructure components
* Experience in Azure DevOps, Jira or equivalent
* Experience from working with teaching, coaching and facilitation.
* Kanban, Scrum and DevOps familiarity and experience in Lean methods
* Previous experience from digital services and support organizations is a merit.
