Our client in the automotive industry is now looking for a passionate scrum master that will coach and challenge a product team in delivering excellent software development solutions. The assignment is a 12-month long consultant mission with the possibility of being extended or being hired by the client directly afterwards. The client is a large actor with modern offices in Gothenburg with a modern approach to management and conducting business in general.

You will be part of the supply chain logistics cluster working on the digital core of the clients products. The cluster delivers digital solutions that help customers to ensure stable logistical flows, reaching sustainability goals, digitalizing sales and improving consumer relations through more direct communication. You will be part of the outbound logistics product team.


The client uses a modern approach to management and coaching; they follow the Agile framework with 2-week sprints and they have a 12-week PI cadence for the cluster.


Tasks:

* Lead the team by driving and organising team meetings/events and supporting the team in different ways
* Coaching team members in agile ways of working and instilling the agile mind-set within them
* Driving team collaboration and ensuring high levels of trust within the team, maximal engagement and psychological wellbeing
* Combine scrum master and agile coaching techniques for exceptional management results
* Improve quality & speed of delivery
* Facilitating preparation of PI ceremonies
* Driving PI objectives and making the purpose of the product extremely clear
* Encouraging constant improvement and collaboration across wide gaps


About you:
You have a servant and inclusive leadership style and have worked as a scrum master and agile coach for several years; preferably in a software product development environment. You have an extensive coaching background with a genuine interest in other people and perhaps some sort of psychological background.


You possess the capability to create and foster an environment that is conducive to high performance teams. You generate commitment and teams that take ownership of their work, in addition to a general sense of openness and a trustful atmosphere within the team. You are solution and delivery oriented and are well acquainted with using a problem-resolution approach to new situations. You possess an unyielding drive and are able to foster an open atmosphere where people feel free to talk. Lastly, you are a motivating force that ensures the whole team is completely aligned towards the common goal.
