Scrum Master - Agile Support

Assignment description

We are looking for Scrum Master - Agile Support for our client in Food Digital. Our client is implementing agiles ways of working and are in a need of someone that can support us on that journey.

The scope of the consultant services:

- Support in agile ceremonies/rituals on team level.
- Support in building the backlog and break down of work from Epics to features to user stories.
- Support in entering the backlog items into Jira.


Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc:

- Basic knowledge of the SAFe framework
- Experience in working with/in SCRUM and KANBAN methodology
- Expereince in working with Atlassian Jira SW and Confluence


Following competences must be fulfilled:

- SAFe Framwork - Junior (1-3 year´s work experience in the role)
- SCRUM - Junior (1-3 year´s work experience in the role)
- KANBAN - Junior (1-3 year´s work experience in the role)
- Atlassian Jira SW and Confluence - Junior (1-3 year´s work experience in the role)
