Scrum Master and SW Developer – Safe Vehicle Automation, Data Collection Platform and Prototype build.

We are now looking for a motivated, result-oriented, and flow enabler Scrum Master with SW development competency.
What you will do?
You will be part of a cross functional development team with competences in software, hardware development and verification. The work is versatile, it includes SW development and preparation activities for data collection vehicles, therefore, a hand- on approach to the work is key in your profile.
As Scrum Master:
* Work closely with the Team Manager and Product Owner to drive the removal of impediments and build up empowered high performing teams.
* Support with facilitating real-time data transparency e.g., visualization of KPIs, Quality metrics, Test coverage, delivery etc. together with Team Manager and Release Train Engineer.
* Coach team, implementing and supporting agile principles, practices and rules of the scrum process & other rules that the team has agreed upon.
* Facilitate key events/ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand up , sprint review/retrospectives and PI planning.
* Help team broaden its competence and manage interpersonal conflicts/challenges/opportunities for team growth
* Support PO, hander inter-team dependencies
As SW Developer:
* Collaborate in the development of tools and systems for Data Collection Vehicles
* Fault trace issues in the car software related to the developed tools and platforms.
* Enhance our systems and data collection platforms.
Important note:
* When getting the Scrum master tasks under control you will perform tasks from the team backlog, we see your transition into a software and hardware developer up to 70% of your time. The role will require sound understanding of Data Collection Tools and equipment in the vehicle and a solid background in SW development.
Who you are?
* You have a M.Sc or a B.Sc within Electronics, Physics, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, or similar
* 3+ years of experience leading teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies
* 3+ years of SW development experience using C++
* Experience delivering solutions in large scale enterprise environments.
* Minimum of 1-3 years experience using Agile-tracking tools (Jira or similar tool)
Meritorious:
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
* Knowledge and experience with advanced Agile techniques such as: TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing
* Knowledge in High performing reference sensor technologies (radar, camera, lidar, ultrasonic, etc)
* Experience in developing SW tools and platforms preferably for Data collection such as sensor data sanity check, annotation and tagging.
* Fault tracing and problem solving.
