We are looking for an engaged Scrum Master that will facilitate the work and team development for three teams in the following areas: Cellular Antenna development, Broadcast Antenna development and Mechanical integration. We use modern tools and agile methods to create business value continuously. We ensure high quality and adaptability in our development and delivery. Of course, we have a lot of fun together while doing it.

The purpose of the role
In our setup, the Product Owner and Scrum Master make a powerful duo prioritizing the backlog and facilitating the work of the product development teams. The Product Manager ultimately decides what value should be delivered by the team, and the Scrum Master is accountable for making sure the team turns those decisions into tangible, timely, high-quality deliverables – in turn creating value for Volvo Cars and a sense of delight for our customers.

What you’ll do
We believe it’s important that you are available to your teams and answering their way of working related questions as well as facilitating sprint planning, demo, and retrospective. You collaborate and align with other scrum masters and leadership team on strategic initiatives to ensure one cohesive development plan. You manage risk by proactively promoting a cross-functional approach to identify and unblock issues, track, and resolve cross-team dependencies. You assist communication with internal and external stakeholders, and partners. Build a trusting, safe environment where team members feel empowered and you coach the team to improve collaboration and self-organization.

You and Your Skills
You have experience from facilitating teamwork using agile development methodologies. You are excellent at communication and building relationships. You are experienced using various tools for managing and visualizing the progress and value of a product team.
