About us
The purpose of Car Service Operations is to enable an effortless car usage and service experience. The automotive industry is currently under-going a significant transformation driven by changing consumer behaviors, technology shifts and digitalization. 
The team Service Technology within Car Service Operations is responsible for making life less complicated for consumers. How? By supplying service providers with safe, sustainable and efficient car service technology solutions in the areas of spare parts, maintenance & repair instructions as well as tools & equipment. The environment we operate in is undergoing a great transformation, not only from a vehicle technology perspective, but also how our consumers set expectations on the complete experience around mobility.
We operate as an Agile Release Train (ART) with a responsibility that goes all the way from creation of technical service solutions to information creation and implementation in the markets.
We are now looking for an engaged Scrum Master for two teams in our ART with perceptive leadership skills, passion and business sense.

What you’ll do
You will be Scrum Master for two product teams in our ART, one team with the responsibility to develop the spare parts assortment and information and one with the responsibility to develop and supply our service providers with special tools, workshop equipment and chemical products needed for car repairs and maintenance.

In your role as Scrum Master you will coach and support your teams using agile team practices with focus on flow and take lead in continuous improvements. You will facilitate the team’s progress towards team goals by focusing on improving performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow and velocity as well as leading the team development and growth. You will also facilitate all agile team meetings like the daily stand-up, sprint plannings, reviews and retrospectives and eliminate impediments by removing hinders beyond the teams’ ability.

As a Scrum Master, you will be working close together with a Product Owner who focuses on technology and priorities and also with a Team Manager who focuses on the competence and personal development in the teams. You will also be a member of the management team at our ART.

You and your skills
We believe you have a University Degree within engineering or equivalent.
You have work experience as Scrum master, preferably within Hardware development.
You are experienced in leading agile development and have good understanding of agile methodologies in a way that you can coach and support others. It is important to be fluent in English (verbal and written).
We are looking for a leader with good communication skills that creates clarity and an open and trusting environment. You are result driven and structured in your approach with good facilitation skills.
It’s important that you are proactive and have ability to identify, analyze and promote improvement needs.

Competence and skills are important, but personality is key, hence you have a high ability with a positive attitude and like working with others to reach common goals. You are curious and have the desire to continuously search for new knowledge and areas to develop. You also encourage new thinking in those around you and you build excitement to explore the possibilities of new ways of working.
