We are constantly pushing our own skills and abilities to drive change in the automobile industry like never before. We are looking for innovative, committed people to join us in this endeavour and create safe, sustainable and connected cars. We believe in the power of people and will challenge and support you to reach your full potential. Join us and be part of Volvo Cars’ journey into the future.

About us
Connected Experience is a unit within R&D that includes Connectivity and Car Cloud Platform, Infotainment Platform, Remote Functions, Data- & Diagnostics Platform as well as HW & Mechatronics. The eART Solution Integration & Release is supporting the complete product stream by continuously integrating our products on a domain level and by releasing domain baselines according to the needs of the car projects.
Our mission is to provide fast and valuable feedback about the quality status of our product stream covering both current- and future model and to support our development teams with a CI for domain level testing. Now we are looking for curious, creative people who want to change the world through innovative thinking – specifically a passionate Scrum Master for our two CI teams.
What you will do
Your purpose as the Scrum Master is to coach, support, and challenge your teams to optimize for speed and flow in the deliveries. Every day is different; you will be running sprint plannings, reviews, and retrospectives as well as attending team stand-ups, managing the sprint backlog, and drive changes to continuously improve team delivery by visualizing team capacity and progress. We believe you can help us to continue our agile journey to create more self-organizing and empowered teams that are flexible and fully productive in every sprint.
You will be a member of the extended eART leadership team and work with improvements both internally for the eART but also in close cooperation with the ARTs and teams across Connected Experience that are in need of support with our Domain CI. As a leader, we believe you have the ability to create an environment that fosters high-performing teams. You are used to working will multiple stakeholders and have the capability to facilitate workshops and perform activity & story mapping exercises. You are a person that has adopted a lean-agile mindset, applied servant leadership, has good communication skills and collaborates well.
Who you are
To thrive in this position, we believe that you have a background in working with software development and understand the importance of CI to create software with good quality. You probably have a degree in Computer Science or similar, as well as you carry at least 5 years of experience within a technical related field. You genuinely embrace teamwork and collaboration across teams and ARTs, and It comes naturally to you to communicate efficiently with several stakeholders, in order to lead and implement changes. We believe you have a positive attitude, are self-managed and proactive. Simultaneously, you are flexible and eager to learn, with growth and agile mindset.
