Within Customer Domain we are now looking for a Scrum Master to one of your teams in Checkout. The team improve & maintain the current In-store POS solution in 33 countries. The product team is setting the strategy of developed features of POS through our relationships with regional teams/Hubs and local markets. And is having an expansion of current developed features to more markets to support our business plans and other product team’s business plans.
Job Description
About the role
We are looking for a Scrum Master to work in an agile context and believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. You would be working with a focus on value creation, growth and serving customers with full ownership and accountability. Delivering exceptional customer and business results.
In the role as Scrum Master/Software Engineer, you will in co-operation with other team members:
Coach the product team in their DevOps journey
Follow up and drive improvements of processes and WoW
Work with PO as point of contact for business users, Hubs & Regional Product Leads.
Understand business needs and translate these into technical requirements
Follow up and remove impediments and protect team from outside influence
Keep track of the status of features/stories on a detailed/requirement level and update Jira board to suit/Stakeholders
Support in UAT to ensure requirements are delivered and acceptance criteria met
Follow up on incidents, problems, and changes
Facilitate and own the team's ceremonies/meetings
Attend scrum of scrum meetings to get aligned with other teams and avoid any collision in planning

Qualifications
We believe you are communicative, have a "You build it you run it" mindset and able to work in an environment that is not yet formalized. You are a connector & collaborator, positive and energetic and easily connect with people, and you build trust and relationships at all levels.
More specifically you need to have/are:
Ability to understand and analyses complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications
Ability to understand people and to connect to people to encourage new behaviors
Ability to take responsibility, work proactively & independently and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
Previous experience working with delivering of technical features
Experience of working closely with developers and tech teams
Experience of working in agile development organizations
Understanding of Jira & Confluence
Fluent in written and spoken English

It would also be positive if you have:
Good understanding of the different solution layers from front-end/APP to cloud hardware setup
Good knowledge of systems supporting POS systems
Good understanding how new functionality will affect performance and scalability
