Scrum Master - DevOps Toolchain and operations

About the Job 

This position will work as a Scrum Master in a highly technical area which includes the CI/CD DevOps toolchain for our developers but also operation management and development of infrastructure that is supporting our applications to be up and always running. 

This position will lead to many interesting technical discussions and coordination and we are looking for someone with a lot of passion for tech! 

 

Your main job responsibilities: 

As a Scrum Master you will play a crucial role in the Platform & Applications team and Build Chain & Tools team. We expect you to be the agile champion using methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solid solutions. 

An important part will be to teach, mentor and support two different scrum teams to follow the agile values, principles and practices. Moreover, you will monitor progress and support your team to continue to improve as well as ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team. In addition to this you will also:  
* Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items. 
* Schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes. 
* Plan and organize demos and product/system testing. 
* Track project processes, deliverables. 
* Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders. 
* Help to coordinate technical discussions 
* Prioritize urgent tasks within the team to fix during the day. 

 

What you bring 

You have excellent technical understanding and skills in problem solving, project management and communications. Furthermore, we believe you have good knowledge of agile practices and the ability to effectively manage and mentor your team. To be able to support your teams in the best possible way we think it is meritorious if you have a fair understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery.
