Scrum Master - Drive Systems, Husqvarna

SW development within Drive Systems is an agile team working together with battery products for professionals. Our main goal is to make the best garden products in the world. We work with a software platform that’s included in many different products and are continuously working on making this platform better and cheaper to be able to compete on the world market. New product development and improvements to existing products are also a part of the work.
The role
As Scrum Master you will help setting the agile pulse of the teams. You will manage 3 teams working with electrical, petrol and Bluetooth controllers. The role also includes to be the interface of the team and delivery discussions regarding software will go through you. The teams work with complete products and you will have the possibility to get to know them all. In your role you will work with people and teams rather than source code.
There is also a possibility to spend time to develop other skills the department might need.
About you
We believe that you are thorough and like to work with the agile process. People and organization are interesting to you and driving teams in creating value is a skill of yours. You enjoy working with a complete product and have genuine interest in organization of software and getting to know the domain of garden products.
Relevant education.
5 years’ experience of working as an Scrum master or similar.
Fluency in English is required.
