We consider ourselves as leaders of our work and owners of our results. In this fantastic dev ops team we have all the competencies needed from identifying a customer need, all the way to production environment release. This means that we have a product owner, scrum master, business analysts, UX, quality assurance, front end and back-end developers who together creates value for our customers.
What will you be doing?
You will remove risks/impediments to ensure that the team meets or exceeds objectives. You will also facilitate and prepare daily stand ups, PI planning, Sprint planning, demos and retrospectives. You make sure that identified actions progress well, and you won’t let go until they are closed.
Upon this, you will contribute to a high-performing team, by focusing on improving team dynamics, performance, and ways of working as part of the scrum process. You will communicate with stakeholders on different levels, within and outside the team to pave the way for efficient work.
The scrum master work will be your first priority and take up about half of your time.
For the remaining time you will contribute with your technical skills in either testing or development depending on your skill set.

Your personality is your major reason for success, but you have also:
You are fluent in Swedish. All team members are Swedish speaking and sees it as a competitive advantage to be able to communicate in Swedish within the team.
You have experience from working as a scrum master for more than one year. You have experience from agile way of working and SAFe. You are ensuring a good structure in your work and have been working with jira and structuring jira boards.
You easily establish good relationships with all types of people. With you as a Scrum Master the other team members can focus on developing/testing and rest assured that you will handle risks/impediments. You detect obstacles and turn them into opportunities.
You are an excellent communicator with great presentation skills who make things happen without having someone telling you what to do.
In addition to this you have experience from working as Tester or Application Developer. If your primary skill is testing we expect that you have worked with end to end testing as well as test automation. If your primary skill is development we expect that you have coded in Java 11 or React. You have a university degree in software engineering, computer science or similar. In addition to being fluent in Swedish you are also fluent in English and have a valid work-permit for Sweden.
