Role Summary
As the Scrum Master for the high voltage system team you will lead a team of professionals including architects and safety managers to design the future electric vehicles. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our system is not only compliant and robust, but also meeting the market demands in a modularized way.
You will work in a highly cross-functional environment within TRATON and you will be the one leading the team, which mission is to set the boundaries and requirements for the rest of the teams in our value creation flow that develop the future charging and power distribution. Key to success will be your ability to facilitate, coach and motivate the team working with many strategic questions.
Job Responsibilities
Lead agile ceremonies and ensure efficient sprint execution.
Foster a collaborative, transparent, and innovative team environment.
Empower the team to resolve challenges and continuously improve.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to align objectives and drive progress.
Guide the team in adopting and refining Scania’s agile methodologies.
Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

Who You Are
You are a skilled leader with a passion for agile principles and electrification. You thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and excel at fostering team collaboration. Your curiosity, adaptability, and interest in group dynamics will be key to your success.
Proven leadership experience (min. 3–5 years) and excellent communication skills
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and team coaching
University degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or a related field
Proficiency in English; Swedish is a plus

This Is Us
Our team of 20 people is responsible for providing the hardware and architecture needed to charge the electric vehicles and to connect all the high voltage components such as batteries and the electrical machine to each other. Charging boxes, high voltage connection boxes and electric power take-off for bodybuilders are some examples of what we are developing.
