Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master Electrical Machine to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Lead the scrum team in the development of electric machine technologies for e-mobility.
Facilitate scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and priorities.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Support the team in adhering to Scania’s product development process and standards.

What You Bring:
MSc in engineering or related field.
Previous experience as a project leader at Scania.
Strong management experience, particularly in a technical environment.
In-depth knowledge of Scania’s product development process.
Experience as a development engineer, particularly in electric machine development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
