This position is within the group Precertification & OBD, which consists of 25 ambitious engineers. The team is responsible for Precertification and Unwitnessed Certification for Range, Energy Efficiency, Fuel Economy and Emissions for all markets excluding China. We are working with all future products including electric and hybrid propulsion vehicles. The group also works with Emission and OBD attribute features and legal analysis.
What You’ll Do
This Scrum Master is responsible for the teamwork in the Environmental Pre-Certification team in ART Hybrid Engine & Transmission. The main responsibility is to be a servant leader and coach the team to use the agile team practices with a focus on flow and take lead in continuous improvements.
You will also be facilitating the team’s progress towards team goals, facilitating problem-solving as well as facilitating all team meetings. Moreover, you will eliminate impediments by removing hinders beyond the team’s ability and help the team to broaden its competence as well as manage interpersonal conflicts, challenges and opportunities for team growth.
You will lead an ambitious team and have close cooperation with the Product Owner, the Team Manager, other Scrum masters and stakeholders as the homologation department, calibration engineers, attribute leaders, laboratories, workshops and more. Therefore it is important with social skills and an ability to network. We offer you great development opportunities within an exciting role.
Do You Fit the Profile?
We believe you have a University degree or equivalent in a technical area. Several years of experience from working with calibration, or pre-homologation, of emissions, or within development work regarding range and energy efficiency is needed for this position. We expect you to have knowledge of emission testing prerequisites and legal requirements. You have a track record of demonstrating leadership, you have excellent planning skills and also knowledge of vehicle attributes and products. Your English is fluent, both verbally and written. You have experience from working agile and knowledge within agile principles. Swedish driving license class B is a demand.

It is crucial to be good at cross-functional work and networking since collaboration with many stakeholders will be part of your daily work. You need to be structured and have leadership and organizational skills, in order to lead and guide the team in the expected direction.
