Scrum Master Expert

About the position
Our customer in the automotive industry is transforming from a traditional manufacturing company to a disruptive force using new technology and we are looking for you who can contribute and be a part of the Config Hub DevOps team.

The right candidate will help the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done; Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team's progress; and, ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.

Responsibilities
The scrum master will be responsible to ensue that the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use. The responsibilities of this role includes: Clearing obstacles. Establishing an environment where the team can be effective.

Your profile
• University degree or equivalent work experience with minimum 5/7 years’ experience.
• Experience from working in the Scrum master role
• Knowledge and experience of Scrum
• Knowledge of SAFe
• Been working as a developer
• Servant leader
• A team player with good interpersonal skills
• Good communicating skills, including a high proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing business requirements
• Structured way of working.
• Creative and able to challenge in order to continue to develop and improve


About the organisation
This is a consultant assignment at our customer for 12 months. During this time you will be hired by us at QRIOS.
