Scrum Master Expert - Gothenburg

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Scrum Master Expert who is experienced in working with product development, and practical and theoretical experience from senior or facilitator roles.

What you'll do:
● Coach your teams in all aspects of the agile ways of working and mind-sets and work to optimize deliveries through the flow of value.
● Organize and facilitate the team ceremonies like daily stand-up, iteration planning, demos and retrospective.
● Remove impediments and reduce risks to be able to improve quality and the speed of deliveries.
● Collaborate with the other Scrum Masters of the other teams in the product to jointly support the agile journey of the products and cluster.
● Focus on enabling an optimized flow of value and improving the conditions and delivery capacity of the self-organized team.
Who you are:
● Several years of experience in test-based development for device/integration testing based on frameworks such as Junit, JBehave or equivalent.
● Have interest in the latest technological developments in the field and driven by an ambition to deliver solutions that are at the forefront.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Ability to self-identify what needs to be done, work without clear assignments and plan so that results can be delivered within given time frames.
● Have experience from the financial industry, preferably banking and knowledge of Jira.
