Scrum Master Expert Level 4 -(Göteborg)/Remote

We are seeking for a Scrum Master to oversee the Managed Workstation teams and work in the Digital Workplace product cluster. Workstation Hardware Lifecycle Management, Print Management, Configuration Management, and Virtual Workstation Management are the components of Managed Workstation.


You will be in charge of four of the five product teams while also assisting the Product Owner in developing the roadmap, strategy, and vision.

What You're Going to Do
As Scrum Master, you will assist teams in providing value to the client. You will coach your team in all elements of agile working methods and mindsets, as well as work to maximize delivery via the flow of value. You will also arrange and conduct team ceremonies such as iteration planning, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
Supporting your team to eliminate barriers and decrease risks in order to enhance quality and delivery speed is a key element of the Scrum Master position. You will promote cross-functional communication and assist the team in improving the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps processes.

To be an effective Scrum Master, you must have an Agile mindset and a desire to help others achieve, as well as work actively toward objectives and improvements. You have a degree in the appropriate field or years of experience in the field.
You are an effective networker with the capacity to explain knowledge to others, resulting in a shared understanding and direction for the team. You have product development expertise, and practical and theoretical knowledge from senior or facilitator roles is a big bonus. You are at ease working and interacting with individuals at all levels and backgrounds inside a company, and you have a coaching approach with the capacity to encourage others. You find opportunities in obstacles and work methodically toward answers. Because this position is in an international setting, proficiency in English is required.
Experience with Agile techniques such as Scrum and SAFe is also required. Knowledge of Configuration Management and Virtual Workstation Management for Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10 is a significant advantage.
