Job Description
To strengthen our product development team in Lund, Sweden, we are now looking for a highly motivated scrum master with experience in algorithm or embedded software development. You will be part of a team developing embedded software for products and modules for Bosch Sensortec MEMS devices. The team is working with technologies such as signal processing, sensor fusion, AI, RTOS and Bluetooth. You will be instrumental in creating a high-performing team based on agile and DevOps values. We believe that your time will be split between acting as a scrum master and as a developer.
As a SCRUM Master you:
• Are responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
• Use your skills for conflict resolution, does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.
• Coach international teams with different cultures.
• Create the environment for the agile teams with focus on open communication and take the task mindset.
• Build a high-performing team, by focusing on improving team dynamics and performance.
• Facilitate the removal of impediments raised by the team.
• Escalate risks & impediments that could hinder the team in achieving its objectives.
• Take the lead in establishing a DevOps culture.
Qualifications
• Working experience as scrum master.
• Experience in algorithm or embedded software development.
• Experience in automation of build, testing and deployment.
• Working practically and communicating in a structured way.
• Convinced that verification is as important as implementation.
• People person (help, inspire and engage the team members through obstacles).
• Good skills in English is mandatory.
Differentiating
• Certified SAFe Scrum Master.
• Experience in Jira, Jenkins and other Continuous Integration related tools.
• Experience from creating and establishing software development processes.
