Embedded Electronic Systems Machine Platform (EES MP) has an inspiring Project Program ongoing with new generation(s) of Electronic Hardware (ECUs) and new Software Frameworks(s) for the complete VCE machine range, we offer you a chance to work globally and cross functionally within Volvo CE.
As Scrum Master, you will join a team that develops and maintains the software platforms, which are used in a majority of Volvo CE products.
Your day to day work will be task break down, planning and execution of the project in all phases from pre-study to release/industrialization. You are responsible to fulfill the requirements on quality, delivery, cost and functionality.
You will also facilitate and prepare daily stand ups, PI planning, Sprint planning, demos and retrospectives. You make sure that identified actions progress well, and you won’t let go until they are closed.
Upon this, you will contribute to a high-performing team, by focusing on improving team dynamics, performance, and ways of working as part of the scrum process.
You will work together with the line organization and Chief Project Manager (CPM) interfacing other functions within Volvo. With your role your contribution is vital for developing future ways of working within the project environment.
What we expect from you

You are fluent in Swedish. All team members are Swedish speaking ad sees it as a competitive advantage to be able to communicate in Swedish within the team.
You have experience from working as a scrum master for more than one year. You have experience from agile way of working and SAFe. You are ensuring a good structure in your work and have been working with jira and structuring jira boards or similar tools.
You easily establish good relationships with all types of people. With you as a Scrum Master the other team members can focus on SW development and rest assured that you will handle risks/impediments. You detect obstacles and turn them into opportunities.
You are an excellent communicator with great presentation skills who make things happen without having someone telling you what to do.
In addition to this you have experience from working as embedded SW Developer. You have a university degree in software engineering, computer science or similar. In addition to being fluent in Swedish you are also fluent in English and have a valid work-permit for Sweden.
