Join us as a Scrum Master for ETCS Testing and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in Stockholm, Sweden.
The purpose of the role is to co-lead ETCS Testing teams as scrum master along with the ETCS testing manager and the ETCS product owners, with focus on improving strategic and operational performance of ETCS Testing.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Scrum master for at least 1 ETCS Testing team – facilitate work inside the team and cooperation between teams
- Hands-on contribution as tester to improve collective and individual operational performance as well as to drive specific improvements to the ongoing testing activities (including documentation) in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Drive change in the ETCS Testing teams as well as in the entire ETCS Onboard organization towards strategic objectives related to testing
- Hands-on contribution as test manager to envision and implement ambitious and sound test plans
Qualifications
Key requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably master’s degree or PhD
- Scrum master certification is a plus
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering safety critical systems, preferably ETCS Onboard
- Ideally experience/exposure to agile practices, preferably Scaled Agile Framework
- Complete understanding of the software development lifecycle for safety critical systems
- Theoretical testing expertise is considered a plus
- Experience in driving change in enterprises and influencing others, ideally in the railway domain
