Job Description
Your contribution to something big
Scrum Master for heat pump development and industrialization
Implement Scrum methods in the organization and support the shift from waterfall including both Software and Hardware development
Scrum master for our most important new development for the Nordic markets
Coach/support other teams in applying scrum methodologies
Manage timelines, resolving problems, facilitate communication, remove impediments, support implementation of improvements
Coordinate the scrum events: sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
You will be our go-to person for apply scrum to produce high-quality work
Qualifications
What distinguishes you
Required skills
Strong leader taking responsibility for targets of time, cost, quality in line with customers’ demands
Proven experience in a Scrum Master role. Preferably from scrum in HW and SW.
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement, release plan, visualization)
Good knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
Excellent communication and supportive leadership style
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Understanding of the challenges added with HW development and production in combination with scrum
Having a good technical understanding, preferred Master of Science degree
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish in speaking and writing
Preferred skills
Experience in Project Management
Preferably PMP certificate
Good coaching skills in how to use Scrum
Structured but can think “outside the box”
Outstanding organizational skills
Knowledge especially Jira for Scrum usage
