Scrum Master for IT Collaboration Services

CEVT is an innovation centre for the future cars of the Geely Group with the purpose of being at the forefront of new developments in the automotive industry. Since 2013 CEVT has grown rapidly and now keeps some 2000 people busy. China Euro Vehicle Technology AB is a subsidiary of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group.

You will be part of the CEVT IT Collaboration Services team. As a Scrum Master you will support a team of four SharePoint /O365 developers and work in close collaboration with the Product Owner. Since the team is not fully up and running in the Scrum ways you will guide and develop the team in improving the Scrum way of working. The scrum master is the team role responsible for ensuring the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use.
The responsibilities of this role include:
• Clearing obstacles
• Establishing an environment where the team can be effective
• Addressing team dynamics
• Ensuring a good relationship between the team and product owner as well as others outside the team
• Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions. Initially, in the Release Manager role, you will have the responsibility to standardize the release management activities used by the team. In this role you will also ease dependencies across teams and enable the team to adapt at a faster rate when needed.


Job Requirements Required• Proven experience from working as a Scrum Master
• Understanding of SharePoint &/or Office365 services
• Proven experience from release management
• Proven experience from analyze and document business requirements
• Experience from collaboration tools such as: Microsoft O365, ITSM tools, Slack, Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence) etc.
• Experience with visualizing concepts on a high level and communication with both Senior Management and end users
