Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master for Mobile Key Services development We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with technical depth and extensive experience of leading development teams.Our mobile key services platform enables opening of doors with mobile handsets as a complement to using traditional access control cards.The Scrum Master will manage 1-2 agile teams consisting of highly knowledgeable developers and testers in ASSA ABLOY?s Liljeholmen facilities in Stockholm.In the beginning it will be one team and 25-50% of the time will be spent doing planning and pre-studies for next generation solutions together with our local group company experts.The ideal candidate has a background as an application developer and experience of java, system integration, security and mobile applications.Since we use Scrum and Lean as our development methods it is important with an agile mindset and the ability to drive projects forward through the use of smart coaching and aiding.The ideal candidate is also practical and not afraid to install beta systems etc if needed.Skills required: - Minimum 5 years of experience from software development projects - Agile (Scrum, Lean, TDD etc) - Project management of iterative, incremental development projects - Programming background with knowledge of several of the following techniques: System architecture, Java (SE, EE, ME, JavaCard), Web Services/SOA, mobile phone applications, test driven development, application security.- Experience of automated and integrated development, build and test environments - Windows, Linux, Unix, networks.- Excellent English and Swedish.
