Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Scrum Master who is experienced in working with process development and improvements.

What you'll do:
● Work closely with two teams to ensure the value flow and optimize collaboration and output efficiency.
● Develops and implements software solutions within specified time and budget as well as according to set requirements, design, and architecture.
● Documenting implemented functionality and implement internal and external integration of systems.
● Collaborate with the other Scrum Masters of the other teams in the product to jointly support the agile journey of the products and cluster.
● Focus on enabling an optimized flow of value and improving the conditions and delivery capacity of the self-organized team.

Who you are:
● Several years of experience in test-based development for device/integration testing based on frameworks such as Junit, JBehave or equivalent.
● Have experience within SW development, CI/CD and have a passion for developing people and teams.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Ability to self-identify what needs to be done, work without clear assignments and plan so that results can be delivered within given time frames.
● Have experience from the financial industry, preferably banking and knowledge of Jira.
