What you intend to do


As a Scrum Master (SCM), you'll be constantly coaching the Scrum team, refining the team's processes, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and removing impediments. You will work closely with the Product Owner, Team Manager, Scrum Master, and others who have interfaces with the team.


Do you fit the description?
If you have a university degree in software development, you are a meritorious candidate.
Previous experience as a Scrum Master and with software.
Capability to lead teams, apply a holistic and strategic approach, motivate and build team confidence in team.
You prefer to plan and solve problems in a systematic way.
You make things happen without being told what to do.
Duration: 6 months + extension
Location: (Gothenburg)/Remote
