Scrum Master, IKEA IT

As a Scrum Master you will be one of the key players with focus on develop and make sure that our scrum team(s) is progressing as planned.

Few of your key responsibilities includes:

-Manage and develop one or more scrum teams
-Lead and maintain the agile culture
-Drive continuous improvements and ensure the teams run efficiently
-Be a voice of reason and authority, raising issues and challenge as required
-Provide budget inputs and forecasts
-Stakeholder management

The position is a fulltime position and you will report to Solution Team Leader in Helsingborg.

We think you have previous experience as Scrum Master, preferable with good understanding of mobile app development and working with multiple and/or co-located teams. You are business minded and customer oriented in everything you do, with a high ability to drive change and work in a dynamic and changing environment.
We believe you understand the importance of building lasting cross functional relationships with both internal/external partners and vendors.

You are good at communication and can easily adapt your communication depending on who you are communicating with. You are comfortable raising issues and challenge teams as required to find solutions and better ways of working. You have a good understanding of the software development as well as the maintenance process.
