About the Job:
To be able to deliver smart solutions and applications to its customers with high efficiency and quality, the company works agile and uses the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) as support.
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a new SAFe team. The team is in charge of adapting and modifying Lumera's integration warehouse to the company's architecture and system flora. Because the team is still in its early stages, strong leadership abilities and experience with an agile work process (preferably SAFe) are required. The emphasis is on building a strong team, but it is possible to combine the role with other responsibilities, such as development or testing, over time.


The Role:
Act as the agile coach for the team and assist them in their efforts Help them establish work methods and behaviours that enable customer-centered, predictable, and qualitative delivery on a daily basis.
You will be one of several Scrum masters in a release train, working with other Scrum Masters to support and help each other so that the train as a whole gets a good delivery run of features developed in collaboration with teams and PO. (This could include scheduling and facilitating workshops, for example.)


Your personal information:
We are looking for people with Scrum Master experience.
We believe you have a background in IT development and are interested in technology because it facilitates communication with the team and the removal of roadblocks within the team.
You have a strong desire to help and coach others. the team on its way to becoming a high-performing agile team
It is advantageous if you have prior experience in the insurance industry.
The responsibility of the Scrum Master is to work further with understanding and assisting the team in implementing agile principles, to act as a "servant leader" by assisting us with obstacle removal, and to be the way into the team. Coaching and team development are also important aspects of the job. Continuous improvement is a natural way for you to achieve lasting change.


Skill Specifications:
Possessing solid experience as a Scrum Master
Has good leadership qualities and is a doer who is not afraid to lend a hand where it is needed.
Used to working in an agile environment


Requirements for inventory:
Work experience in insurance, Lumera (Inca) integration,.Net, RestAPIs,.Net Framework, and so on.


Personal characteristics include:
Strong leadership abilities and a genuine interest in people
Goal-oriented, driven, and accountable
High ability to collaborate
Fluency in Swedish.
