About the job
The Scrum Master’s primary responsibility is assisting self-organizing, self-managing teams to achieve their goals.

You will also Lead and Coach agile teams, ARTs and Value streams supporting agile ways of working, safeguarding necessary ceremonies and outcomes. The position is based in Lund.

* Facilitates the team’s progress toward team goals
* Facilitates events
* Promotes SAFe quality practices
* Supports SAFe adoption
* Leads team efforts in relentless improvement
* Exhibits Lean-Agile leadership
* Supports the Product Owner
* Facilitates the removal of impediments
* Coordinates with other scrum masters and agile coaches.
* Enables organizational effectiveness
* Facilitates preparation and readiness for ART events 
* Servant leader and coach for a given area.
* Coach and facilitate events, ceremonies and processes
* Communicate with stakeholders
* Escalate impediments
* Help to manage risk
* Drive relentless improvements

Who you are

To succeed in this role you are structured and driven, with the ability to see the big picture. You are collaborative and adaptable, able to interact with all kinds of people.  You also need to have an interest in getting into the digital employee experience solution domains such as HR, Internal Communication and Digital Workplace solutions.

What you know

Relevant academic background and a prior experience from IT delivery or software development, and/or an agile way of working.
