What do we offer?
The infotainment department (ART) consists of approx. 20 agile teams focusing on mainly software development to create a world leading in-car digital experience. We are now looking for a scrum master that can work together with three software development teams. Two teams are responsible for the Personalization domain working end-to-end across several parts of the vehicle electrical architecture, whereas one team works with cyber security within the infotainment domain.
We are organized according to SAFe and want to build empowered self-organizing teams that act proactively, take responsibility, and strive to build a great product for the end customer. You will work in a creative environment, within an ART that is constantly implementing new functionality, where we focus on both developing the product, but also the individuals.
What you will do
As a Scrum Master, you will continuously work with coaching the Scrum teams, refining the team’s processes, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and removing impediments. You will have a close collaboration with the Product Owners, Team managers, and other people with interface to the team. Additionally, you will be part of a Scrum Master community to share experience, ideas and contribute to driving change throughout the whole ART. You will communicate status, escalate and track issues when required, as well as be transparent in documentation and communication.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electronics, Computer science or equivalent with relevant experience. We believe that you have a very good practical and theoretical knowledge of agile principles. You carry skills in servant leadership, communication and collaboration. You have the ability to lead teams, motivate and create confidence, and make things happen. You are engaged with a curious, open-minded and positive approach. You like structure and have things organized and well planned. Fluency in English is mandatory. Last but not least you have a passion for teamwork and agile ways of working!
