Right now, we are looking for a skilled Scrum Master for one of our most important customers within the Telecom area in Karlskrona.

Job description:
In the role as Scrum Master you will work as a part of our delivery team ensuring that we deliver the projects according to plan, on time and according to budget. You will work with follow up and quality assurance of many different projects in parallel.

General responsibilities:
Work with the team to help them achieve their sprint goals.
Coach and motivate staff through active participation and involvement, providing real responsi-bility and empowerment and recognising achievements.
Introduce team metrics and implement best practices.
Facilitate meeting and uphold structure to ensure the best delivery possible.
Learn and share Agile techniques .

Competencies required:
A University degree is required and/or extensive documented experience from complex telecom deliveries combined with leadership experience.

In your previous roles we expect that you have been working in a technical environment (e.g. .NET, Share-Point, Java). We expect you to be passionate about agile and lean ways of working and team dynamics, and that you have the ability to create a great place to work for everyone around you.
You will work in a multinational team. Swedish and English are the languages we use on a daily basis and good communications skills are essential.
You have extensive leadership skills, and as you will face new and different challenges every day, we expect you to be flexible and initiative in your leadership role.
