Description

The client are looking for a senior person that can take lead in product management related ways of working discussions. A person with experience to work with highly autonomous teams as a product owner and ability to guide the Product Area Manager, Product Owners and teams into good practices.

Your primary objective will be to guide the PA towards a completely value driven delivery in an area where most of the products are of a foundational type. Thus, an experience from working with foundational / infrastructure products and how to map these in a value chain would be beneficial. The task at hand also include to part time coordinate the PA much like a Release Train

Engineer by facilitating scaled agile ceremonies and to help address and remove impediments to pave the road for the teams to be efficient.

In your role you should consider a special responsibility for establishing communication, transparency and knowledge sharing with other parts of Group IT regarding the product-oriented operating model

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Experience from work in Product Owner roles, including stakeholder management
- Excellent understanding of product centric delivery models.
- Solid understanding of lean and agile frameworks.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills are required to communicate within PA & product teams and also with other departments, stakeholders and management levels


Preferred competence and experience:

- Previous experience of working with Ericsson or quick learning curve in understanding a new business.
- Previous knowledge of IP


Preferred personal qualities:

- Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, while understanding the bigger picture and having long-term envisioning
- Natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative
- Team player who collaborates well with others
